Qualified Trainers
Every course is led by a qualified and experienced aesthetic practitioner with real-world clinical experience, not just teaching experience.
Beginner to Advanced
Our course range covers every stage of your career, from your very first introduction to aesthetics through to advanced clinical techniques.
Free Consultation
Every prospective student is entitled to a complimentary course consultation to determine the best starting point for their level of experience and goals.
How you learn
You learn by doing, not watching.
From the first morning you treat live models, supervised, inside a working clinic. Theory grounds you. Repetition cements the technique. By the time your certificate is issued, you have already done the work on real faces.
Small cohorts so the trainer reaches every student, every treatment.
Real models from day one, not silicone pads or video demos.
Clinical supervision at every injection until you are confident on your own.

Foundation Course | Beginner Friendly
Classic Lash Extensions Foundation.
The foundation of excellence in classic lash extensions. This is the entry point to a respected career as a lash artist. Built for complete beginners, the course gives you everything you need to start treating clients safely, get insured, and apply for your local council licence.
We focus on quality over volume. The whole programme is dedicated to mastering classic lashes, so you finish with flawless fundamentals before you move on to advanced techniques.
How the course runs
Blended learning. Extensive home study paired with one focused, supervised practical day in the clinic.
Part 1: Online theory (52 chapters)
Legislation and compliance: the laws and regulations you need to know to apply for professional licensing.
Health and safety: rigorous hygiene protocols and complication management.
Technical knowledge: product mastery, basic lash mapping, and step-by-step video tutorials.
Business growth: client consultations, aftercare education, and ethical upselling.
Part 2: In-clinic practical day (10:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
Phased practice: you build confidence in stages, starting on mannequin heads, moving to peer practice, then completing a full set on a live model.
Bonus introduction: trainers walk you through pre-made lashes so you understand where the industry is heading.
What you walk away with
CPD Group accredited certificate issued on the day you pass both elements.
Insurable immediately with providers like InSync and PolicyBee.
Local council licensing documentation ready to submit.
Clear progression into our advanced Hybrid and Volume training when you are ready.
Why we keep this course classic only
Education creates confidence. Isolation, timing, mapping and product control take focus. Rushing students through Classic, Hybrid and Volume in a single course leads to overwhelm, poor retention and unsafe application. You master the fundamentals first, then earn the right to break the rules.
The definitive training programme for collagen induction therapy. Built for qualified skin specialists, this course gives you the anatomical knowledge, infection control protocols and clinical confidence needed to perform highly effective microneedling treatments safely.
We go deep on the wound-healing cascade, tissue remodelling and safe depth control, so you finish with a true clinical grasp of device-led skin rejuvenation, not a checklist you have memorised.
Who can enrol
Because microneedling is an invasive, trauma-based treatment, we enforce strict entry requirements to protect both you and your future clients. To enrol you must hold one of the following:
Level 3 Beauty Therapy (with Basic Life Support certification and Anatomy and Physiology Level 3).
Medical professional (Registered Nurse, Doctor, Dentist, or equivalent).
SPMU artist with 12+ months of documented clinical experience.
Not there yet? Our Ultimate Beginners pathway will get you eligible.
How the course runs
Blended learning. Home study paired with one focused, supervised clinical day.
Part 1: Online theory (39 chapters)
Clinical anatomy and physiology: a deep look at the dermal layers, the wound-healing cascade, and the biology of collagen and elastin.
Health, safety and bloodborne pathogens: infection control, needlestick injury management, and legal sharps disposal.
Consultation and compliance: identifying absolute contraindications, local council licensing law, and ethical treatment planning.
Part 2: In-clinic practical day (10:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Phased practice: you start with device handling, depth adjustments, and the glide vs stamp technique on simulation skin, before completing a full supervised treatment on a live model.
Clinical endpoints: you learn to identify safe endpoints such as uniform erythema, so you stop before unnecessary trauma or track-mark scarring.
Sterile field management: we focus heavily on keeping the workspace sterile throughout the procedure.
What you walk away with
CPD Group accredited certificate issued on the day you pass both elements.
Insurable immediately with advanced aesthetic providers such as InSync and PolicyBee.
Special Treatments licensing documentation ready to submit to your local council.
Clear progression into superficial chemical peels and targeted mesotherapy.
Why the prerequisites are strict
Education creates safety. Microneedling intentionally breaches the skin's protective barrier and interacts with the reticular dermis and blood supply. Fast-tracking under-qualified students into invasive aesthetics leads to severe complications, secondary infections and permanent scarring. You need a real, existing grasp of anatomy and emergency life support before we can hand you the device.
The clinical exfoliation training your skin services have been missing. Dermaplaning is one of the most requested, highest-margin facials on the menu. This course gives you the anatomy, safety protocols and hands-on confidence to perform it flawlessly using a surgical scalpel.
We focus heavily on blade control, skin tension and add-on protocols, so you finish ready to charge premium for a treatment clients will rebook every four to six weeks.
Who can enrol
Because dermaplaning uses a surgical scalpel to mechanically exfoliate the skin, entry requirements exist to protect you and your clients. You must hold one of the following:
Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy (with Anatomy and Physiology Level 3 and Basic Life Support).
Medical professional (Registered Nurse, Doctor, Dentist, or equivalent).
SPMU artist with documented clinical experience.
Or you can take it as part of our fast-track Ultimate Beginners pathway.
How the course runs
Blended learning. Home study to ground the theory, then one focused supervised clinical day.
Part 1: Online theory
Clinical anatomy and physiology: a deep look at the epidermal layers, the hair growth cycle, and the difference between vellus and terminal hair.
Health, safety and bloodborne pathogens: infection control, sharps-injury management, and legal scalpel disposal.
Technical knowledge: blade mastery (using #10 and #10R blades), holding the exact 45-degree angle, and the vital C-grip for skin tension.
Consultation and compliance: spotting absolute contraindications (such as active acne), managing client expectations, and safe post-treatment product selection.
Part 2: In-clinic practical day (10:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Phased practice: you start with blade attachment and removal, drill the 45-degree angle on simulation objects like balloons or peaches, then perform a full supervised treatment on a live model.
Skin tension and technique: we focus on safely navigating the complex contours of the face with perfect tension, so you avoid nicks or micro-tears.
Luxury add-ons: demonstrations on how to safely incorporate sterile sheet masks and cooling globes to elevate the treatment experience.
What you walk away with
CPD Group accredited certificate issued on the day you pass both elements.
Insurable immediately with advanced aesthetic providers such as InSync and PolicyBee.
Special Treatments licensing documentation ready for your local council.
Progression path into Dermaplane Peel and pre-microneedling skin prep protocols.
Why hands-on training matters
Education creates safety. Dermaplaning is not "shaving the face". It is a precision clinical exfoliation that uses a razor-sharp surgical instrument. Fast-tracking students without supervised practice leads to wrong blade angles, severe barrier impairment and skin cuts. You master grip, angle and tension under expert eyes before you go anywhere near a paying client.

I had a facial at Snatch & Glow on 24th January 2026 and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. Vanessa was my therapist and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
She used the Dr. Murad hydrating range for sensitive skin, which felt amazing and left my skin calm, hydrated, and glowing. The treatment room was spotless, with soft lighting and gentle music that made it so easy to switch off and relax.
Vanessa carefully talked me through each step of the facial – from the steam and double cleanse, to the serum, repair mask, and the most refreshing ice globes at the end. She also checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated.
I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had such a positive experience at snatch and glow. Vanessa and Dominica are both very professional and informative women. I was put at ease as soon as I arrived, as I was a little nervous. I had quite a few questions and was given information on a multitude of things that Ii had no prior knowledge of, which i am grateful for. Vanessa has magic hands and is very gentle yet fast performing treatments. I will definitely be returning to this clinic and recommend it for anyone who wants good service and information on treatments.

I had a wonderful experience with Snatch and Glow today. I would like to sincerely thank Sofia, Ellie and Talia for their assistance, as well as their honest and transparent advice. They took the time to carry out a thorough consultation, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each option in relation to my procedure. I felt they were attentive, cautious and incredibly precise, and they approached everything with genuine care for my comfort and outcome.
I would highly recommend their services.
