I had a facial at Snatch & Glow on 24th January 2026 and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. Vanessa was my therapist and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
She used the Dr. Murad hydrating range for sensitive skin, which felt amazing and left my skin calm, hydrated, and glowing. The treatment room was spotless, with soft lighting and gentle music that made it so easy to switch off and relax.
Vanessa carefully talked me through each step of the facial – from the steam and double cleanse, to the serum, repair mask, and the most refreshing ice globes at the end. She also checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated.
I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had such a positive experience at snatch and glow. Vanessa and Dominica are both very professional and informative women. I was put at ease as soon as I arrived, as I was a little nervous. I had quite a few questions and was given information on a multitude of things that Ii had no prior knowledge of, which i am grateful for. Vanessa has magic hands and is very gentle yet fast performing treatments.
